Previous Experience Required
Must have minimum of 2 years experience in food management in supervisory capacity.
Specialized or Technical Education Required
Must have a bachelor of science in the field of nutrition, dietetics, or food management; must be a registered dietitian (RD) or/and ADA dietitian and must be a licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN) with state of Louisiana.
Manual or Physical Skill Required
Must be able to write neatly and legibly and able to operate a calculator accurately.
Physical Effort Required
Must possess good physical health.
